Isabel Cuevas

With over 15 years experience exporting Spanish wines and food products all over the world, she is above all a wine and food enthusiast.  She has lived in Japan for 3 years where she has observed and analysed the increasing presence of Spanish Tapas Bars in Tokyo and the influence of the Spanish ingredients in the Japanese cuisine.  She is the author of the Tokyo Tapas Bar Guide 2010 (in co-operation with Wines from Spain Tokyo).  Currently she gives support to Spanish and Portuguese wine and food producers willing to sell abroad through her own export agency called Peninsula, Iberian Wines & Foods.
